“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, as the Members intend the LLP to maintain the same level of activity during the forthcoming year. The LLP is in a net liability position. The LLP is funded via an inter-company non-current account provided by the LLP's ultimate parent, SEGRO plc, which has confirmed its continuing financial support and therefore the Members consider the LLP is in a position to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
