“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The members consider that the LLP has sufficient financial resources to continue for the foreseeable future. The members believe the LLP will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and do not consider this to be a material uncertainty in respect of the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern.”
