“The Members consider that the LLP has adequate resources to remain in operation for the foreseeable future, which reflects a period to 31 March 2026, and have therefore continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Members have received written confirmation from the directors of parent company, Britvic plc, that they will provide financial support to the LLP to assist it in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due, but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to the LLP, for a period to 31 March 2026.”
