“The financial statements have been prepared under the going concern basis as the members have undertaken a review of the future financing requirements for the ongoing operation of the Partnership and the Group up to March 2027, and are satisfied that sufficient cash facilities are available, in respect of positive cash inflows from operations, to meet its working capital requirement for at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. The members are aware of several macroeconomic factors, global geopolitical unrest and relatively high interest rates, that are expected to define the Partnership's operating environment for the foreseeable future. The members believe that the Partnership is capable of effectively responding to, and mitigating, the impact of these factors and therefore assert that it is still appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
