“After evaluating the Partnership's business activities, financial position, capital, factors likely to affect its future development and performance, and its objectives and policies in managing the financial risks to which it is exposed, the Members are satisfied that the Partnership has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due and to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason, the Members considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

• “In June 2024, as part of the wider restructuring, the Partnership unwound its participation interest over floating rate notes ($2,000,000,000 principal), repaid its senior and junior notes issued to Relative Value Trading Limited ('RVTL') (total $1,760,500,000 principal), early terminated its borrowings from RVTL ($22,500,000 principal), and early terminated deposits with Barclays Bank PLC of $54,981,668. The partnership cancelled the Preferred Partnership Interest of $106,861 held by Maloney Investments Limited and the Managing Subordinated Partnership Interest of $99,000,000 held by RVH Limited. The net settlement balance total of all these instruments and the 2024 distribution payment equals to nil, therefore no cash settlement had been undertaken.”
