The rationale for this decision is provided in the Accounting Policies - Going Concern note 1.2 within the financial statements. The members have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as they do not intend to liquidate the LLP or to cease its operations, and as they have concluded that the LLP's financial position means that this is realistic.”
