“The Partnership meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through cash generated from operations as well as resources available, if necessary, through the Partnership's ultimate parent's, The Boston Consulting Group, Inc's ("BCG"), Global Treasury Function. Forecasts show the Partnership can operate within current facilities for at least 12 months from signing, with a letter of support from BCG.”
