“The LLP earns substantially its entire turnover from affiliated entities, the majority of which is earned pursuant to a transfer pricing arrangement with its related party, MKP Capital Management, LLC. Therefore, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that there are no material uncertainties that lead to significant doubt upon the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern. Thus, the Members have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
