“In making the going concern assessment, Management considered current and future conditions impacting the Partnership, including the provisions recognised in connection with the suitability of client transfers and historic ASRs and have generated forecasts of profitability and cashflows. After reviewing the Partnership's forecasts and projections, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months after the approval of these financial statements. The Members have, therefore, continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
