“The Partnership's long-term strategy remains resilient through volatile domestic and international economic events. The Partnership continues to monitor the effects of ongoing global conflicts and newly imposed trade tariffs. However, we do not believe these will influence the ability of the Partnership to continue as a going concern. TIME and the Alpha group maintain significant cash reserves and have no external borrowings. The Partnership mitigates its financial risks through a process of continual monitoring of forecast earnings and cash flows. Given the nature of its business, the members consider that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of this report. For this reason, the members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
