“The members have received confirmation from the ultimate parent company that intragroup debt will continue to be made available at levels sufficient to allow the LLP to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period not less than 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. The members have satisfied themselves that the ultimate parent company has the necessary financial resources to provide this support during this period, should it be required. Therefore, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources internally and through its association with the Travel + Leisure Co. group, to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and as such, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
