“The LLP has net current liabilities and net liabilities. As can be seen in note 7 to the financial statements these arise by virtue of amounts owed to Group undertakings. The members have taken into account possible changes in trading performance in light of current economic conditions, other longer term plans and the receipt of a letter from Hogan Lovells International LLP. This letter assures them that repayment of amounts owed to Group undertakings will not be required for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements except to the extent that such payments can be made while the LLP continues to settle all other liabilities as and when they fall due. Hogan Lovells International LLP has produced forecasts and cash flow projections, that have also been sensitised to reflect potential declines in revenue in the latter part of 2025 and at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. These demonstrate the Group has sufficient funding to enable the Group to continue to provide support as is needed. Accordingly the members are satisfied that, at the time of approving the financial statements, it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
