“The members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts. In assessing the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern, the members have considered the liquidity position and reviewed cash flow forecasts for the foreseeable future. Although, currently, monthly expenditure exceeds monthly income from fund management fees, the LLP has received a performance fee from one managed fund after the period-end. With prudent cash flow management, the performance fee received will allow the LLP to cover the monthly shortfall for the next twelve to eighteen months. Consequently, the LLP has sufficient financial resources and the members believe that the LLP is positioned to carefully manage its business risks and meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
