“The Members have reviewed the cash flow and projected income and expenses and deemed that Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP has adequate financial resources to meet its obligations. On this basis the Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP and the Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
