  We draw attention to note 2.1 to the financial statements, which explains that the members have approved an orderly wind-down of the LLP and the planned transfer of its business, assets and liabilities to a newly incorporated limited company as part of a group restructuring. As a result, the members do not consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.
