“The members have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis which assumes that the LLP will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The LLP is considered an intrinsic part of the wider BCLP group and the going concern assumption has been assessed alongside the wider group. Management actively monitors the business' financial condition, liquidity, operations, suppliers, industry and workforce. As a result of this continuous review, management believe there is no impact on the going concern assumption. The Management Group has prepared profit projections and cash flow forecasts for a review period up to 31 December 2026 being beyond 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Management Group is confident that the Group will comply with all banking covenants throughout the forecast period. The Members therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
