“The Partnership is expected to remain profitable and the members have formed a judgement that there is a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Having reviewed the financial projections of the Partnership, the members consider it can continue to trade and has sufficient cash resources to meet its financial obligations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The ultimate parent company has committed to continue its support of GPUK LLP and has provided a letter of support, committing to at least 12 months of financial support from the date of signing.”
