“The members consider the LLP to have sufficient regulatory capital and regulatory liquidity for the size of its operations. Based on a severe but plausible stress scenarios the members consider the LLP to have the ability to settle debts as they fall due for at least the next 12 months following the signing on the financial statements. Based on the above assessment and as disclosed in the Members' Report, the members consider it appropriate for the LLP to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
