The arrangement includes fixed and floating charges over certain assets of the LLP, including intellectual property and domain names. This charge forms part of a wider group financing structure and does not affect the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern. No adjustment has been made to the financial statements as the event occurred after the reporting date and does not relate to conditions existing at the balance sheet date.”
