“The members have considered the going concern position of the Partnership and, as part of their review, have analysed cashflow forecasts covering a period up to 31 December 2026 across a range of scenarios. These scenarios cover a range of sensitivities including a reverse stress test. The members have also received a letter of financial support from its immediate parent company, Ryan Property Tax Services UK Limited, to the extent required in order to assist the Partnership in meeting its liabilities for a period up to 31 December 2026: As a result, the members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
