“The LLP operates with support from its parent, DSIM, and has the ability to call capital as needed which enables the LLP to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements and using its bank accounts, as well as using a credit card facility for the payment of expenses. Additional capital required by the FCA requirements under the IFPR regime will also be funded by the parent, DSIM. The LLP's forecasts and projections, taking account of possible changes in forecasted performance, show that the LLP will be able to operate with solvency, and with sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due with the assistance of working capital fundings by its parent entity, DSIM. After making enquiries, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The LLP therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
