As a result of the restructuring of the firm's operations, on 05 April 2025, the business activities previously carried out by Proskauer Rose (UK) LLP (company number OC330064) have been transferred to Proskauer Rose (London) LLP (company number OE033077), which is registered overseas following the move to a Delaware Limited Liability Partnership structure. Accordingly, the Members do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. On this basis, the Members have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern.
