“In making the going concern assessment, Management considered current and future conditions impacting the Partnership and have generated forecasts of profitability and cashflows. After reviewing the Partnership's forecasts and projections, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months after the approval of these financial statements and will return to generating operating profits. The Members have, therefore, continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
