“As at the reporting date, the LLP has incurred losses for the year amounting to £20,400,192 (2023: £17,583,818) and at net liability position of £53,076,806 (2023: £32,676,614) which includes an intercompany loan payable of £327,760,932 (2023: £307,107,693). The Members are aware that the LLP does not have the ability to settle this loan on its own which may cast doubt on the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern.”
