“The Members consider that the LLP has adequate financial resources for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. The income consists mainly of stable and long-term fixed fees from the investment funds which the LLP is appointed to manage which will be higher than the fixed cost base. As a consequence, the Members believe the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current economic outlook. There is current economic volatility worldwide, with supply chain issues and costs, rising inflation and rising energy prices. The Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue to operate for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
