“In assessing the basis of preparation of these financial statements the members have considered the impact of external factors, including the potential effects of changes to the UK economic landscape, on the group and its ability to trade as a going concern. Despite the challenges of trading within the uncertain UK climate, during the year our team continued to show true resilience to deliver a pleasing result for the year ended 30 April 2025, both in terms of revenue and profits. Our positive result for the year ended 30 April 2025 sets us in good stead for the year ahead, with additional investment in our infrastructure to enable this. The members have been cognisant of external factors in setting the firm's financial budgets and forecasts for the forthcoming year and these have been robustly tested to provide sufficient comfort that the group has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Taking all factors into account, the members consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
