The members have reviewed and considered relevant information, including the annual TP Group budget and future cash flows in making their assessment. Based on these assessments, the resilience proven in the wider TP Group, and the current liquid resources available, the members have concluded that they can continue to adopt a going concern approach in the preparation of the annual report and accounts.”
