“The future profitability of the LLP is dependent on the continuation of the advisory arrangement with Taconic Capital Advisors LP maintaining assets under management to generate future revenues and cash flows. Whilst the level of assets under management is subject to market conditions and investor redemptions in some funds, other funds are close-ended, which mitigates the effect on future revenue generating potential. The members are confident that the advisory arrangement will continue for the foreseeable future and have assessed for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report that the LLP will be a going concern.”
