“The Members consider the LLP financial position to be sound. The Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The members do not envisage any going concern issues as the LLP benefits from a broadly fixed fee income derived from closed end private equity funds which is largely independent of the wider economic environment. The LLP currently holds sufficient capital and liquidity to go forward. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
