“The members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In reaching this conclusion the members have at least considered the following: projected results of the business, projected cash flow and regulatory capital requirements, and the risks that could impact on the Partnership's liquidity and solvency over at least 12 months following the approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis using the historical cost convention. There remains significant volatility in UK and global stock markets and this has had an effect on underlying revenues, however, the designated members have reasonable belief that, having considered the Partnership's forecasted continued profitability, positive cash flow and capital base, the Partnership continues to have adequate resources to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The members continue to monitor this situation and evaluate the potential risks to the Partnership.”
