“The members believe that as a result of the capital contributions and the sub-advisory agreement, the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Management has considered the impact of the ongoing war in Ukraine/Russia, the current crisis in the Middle East as well as the ongoing cost of living crisis in the UK and determined accordingly that the LLP continues to adopt the going concern basis. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
