“The Partnership has adequate financial resources and on-going investment management contracts. As a consequence, the members believe that the Partnership is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The members believe regulatory capital requirements will continue to be met and that the preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis remains appropriate as the Partnership expects to be able to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
