“Following the recent merger, the Partnership benefits from an enhanced capital base, increased operational scale, and a broader client base across the combined business. These developments have further strengthened the Partnership's financial position. The Partnership has sufficient financial resources and long term mandates to manage its range of investment funds. As a consequence the Members believe that the Partnership is well placed to manage its business risks going forward. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Partnership will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of 12 months from the date that these financial statements are approved, and be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
