Material uncertainty disclosed

“The LLP has ceased its trade and it is the intention of the Designated Members that the LLP will become dormant for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting is not appropriate and the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than the going concern basis. The immediate parent undertaking, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP (formerly Herbert Smith Freehills LLP), has committed to providing funding to the LLP as necessary, to allow the LLP to meet its future financial obligations. There are no plans to liquidate the LLP for the foreseeable future.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
