“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the limited liability partnership's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The LLP's management team produced a financial budget that reflects the anticipated income stream, having considered possible outcomes from each of its legal practice areas, and related operating costs. This budget, reviewed and approved by the LLP's Board, demonstrates that for a period of at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements, the LLP is projected to remain profitable and cash generative. The LLP is confident that it has sufficient cash reserves to meet its obligations. The Board is satisfied that the LLP has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future and that it is appropriate to continue adopting the going concern basis for preparing these financial statements.”
