“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “The Partnership has considered the impact of the 2022 Russian invasion in Ukraine. EV1 has no exposure to Russian investments or Russian investors. As such, limited impact is expected.”
• “A lawsuit was commenced in August 2019 by a former partner against the partnership and certain other Arrowgrass investment management entities (Arrowgrass), alleging breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith. In December 2019, the Supreme Court of the State of New York dismissed large portions of the claim as having no legal basis. In February 2025, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York unanimously granted summary judgment in favour of Arrowgrass and directed entry of judgment dismissing the complaint in its entirety. The former partner has since sought leave to appeal; however, given the unanimous nature of the appellate decision, the likelihood of leave being granted is considered low. Management continues to believe the defences are substantial and, as such, no provision in relation to settlement is recognised in the financial statements.”
