“The Group's activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position are set out in the applicable sections of the Members' Report above. The financial position of the Group, its liquidity position and its cash flows are reflected in the Consolidated Statement of Financial position and Consolidated Statement of Cashflows. The Group has contracts with a series of private equity funds that provide a predictable revenue stream and regular cash flows to the Group. The Group continues to generate positive cash flow from its core operations with the principal cash outflow being discretionary cash drawings made by the Members. As a consequence, the Members believe that the Group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and believe that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date that these financial statements are approved. Thus, the going concern basis of accounting has been used in preparing these financial statements.”
