“Stress tests based on downside scenarios considering the above factors indicate the LLP will remain profitable with adequate cash inflows and be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Due to the nature of the LLP, key supplies are easily expected to continue and all Pharo employees are able to operate effectively from home when deemed necessary. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate capital and liquidity to meet its current and long-term obligations and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
