“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as in the members' opinion although the group has net liabilities of £77,748,133 (2024: £81,442,440) the group is funded by a group loan facility of £95,949,970 (2024: £90,885,683) with a current repayment date of 31 December 2027, which will either be repaid by significant profitable investment exits before then or it will be extended to allow those investments to realise their full potential, and that the predicted future cash flows from the group's joint venture investments and funds available under the group loan facilities will be sufficient to meet the other group's liabilities as they fall due.”
