“On the basis of their assessment of the LLP financial position and resources, the Members believe that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks, including ongoing geo political and economic risks. After making enquiries, the Members have a reasonable expectation that operating cash flows will continue to be positive due to the income generated from the advisory agreements to the Headway Funds, managed by the LLP, that are expected to be sufficient to meet costs. Therefore, the LLP is expected to have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future which is a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, the Members adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Financial Statements.”
