“They continue to consider on a 12-month basis the cashflow forecasts based on the expected revenues and expenditures and this together with strict cost controls mean the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP can continue operating and meeting its liabilities as they fall due in the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern assumption in the preparation of these financial statements.”
