“Having regard to the ongoing activities of Fund III, the Management Board is satisfied that the LLP will generate sufficient income to continue to trade for a period from the date of signing these financial statements to the Fund III termination date of 30 September 2026, the going concern period. The Management Board has based this assessment on cash flow projections which show that the LLP has sufficient resources to settle liabilities as they fall due for a period from the date of signing these financial statements to the Fund III termination date of 30 September 2026. These projections reflect what the Management Board believe to be a prudent view and take into account the current provisions of the Fund III LPAs. Accordingly, for these reasons, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
