  We draw attention to Note 1 Going concern in the financial statements, which explains that during the year, the Partnership ceased operations and consequently the partners do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statement. Accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern as described in Note 1. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
