These deposits have an original maturity of more than 3 months and are restricted with respect to the duration of the deposit term. As these deposits are not readily convertible to cash without incurring fees prior to maturity, these deposits therefore cannot be considered as cash equivalents. Accordingly, they have been reclassified as Short-term deposits. This represents a reclassification adjustment only and has no impact on the LLP's profit for the year, total assets, or equity.”
