“The Members' assessment of going concern took into account the market developments following the year ended 31 March 2025. After making enquiries and assessing financial forecasts for going concern, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As a consequence, the Members believe that the Partnership is well placed to manage business risks successfully. Accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements continues to be adopted.”
