“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, as the Members are satisfied that the LLP has the resources to continue in business for a period of at least 12 months from approval of the financial statements. The review showed the LLP has sufficient liquidity in place to support its business operations, including its commitments to Hg Funds, for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the Members have a reasonable expectation the LLP has resources to continue as a going concern for an 12 month period from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
