“At the time of approving the financial statements, the members have considered the financial position of the limited liability partnership and the group and, based on forecasts prepared to October 2026 and confirmed available facilities, they have a reasonable expectation that the limited liability partnership and group has adequate resources to continue in operation existence for the foreseeable future. The facilities include an agreed £500,000 overdraft that is in place until December 2025. The members have every expectation that this would be renewed in future. Therefore, the above uncertainties do not constitute a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt and the members have concluded that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
