The Company is now non-trading as the trade and assets of the Company were transferred to Pilgrim's Food Masters UK Limited in September 2022. The directors have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. On 26 September 2022, Pilgrim's Food Masters UK Limited ("PFM UK") acquired the trade and assets of Consumer Foods Van Sales Limited in return for a cleardown of intercompany balances. Directors do not believe that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.
