“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The company has a net liability position of 215,279 as at 27 April 2025. The director believes that the company, with the ongoing financial support of Frasers Group plc, is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The director is therefore satisfied that the company has adequate resources available to continue to meet all obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
