“As at 31 December 2024 the Group had net assets of £9 million (2023: £9.8m) and £2.6m in available cash (2023: £10.7m). The Directors confirm that after reviewing future forecasts, liquidity and operational risks that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Group continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements - further information around the assessment of going concern can be found in the notes to the financial statements. In reaching this conclusion, the directors considered both a base case forecast and also a severe but plausible downside of revenue remaining at depressed levels for a period of five years.”
